National Wildlife Federation Joins General Motors, Shell Oil, and Others in Call for Swift Action on Global Warming

On May 8th NWF joined a growing list of NGOs and
powerful businesses as a part of the US Climate Action Partnership
(USCAP). USCAP recommends that Congress
establish mandatory emission targets to reduce
U.S. greenhouse gas levels by 10-30
percent below today’s levels within 15 years, and a 60-80 percent reduction by
2050. To learn more, visit the USCAP
website
or see NWF’s press release here.
