NWF Scientist: Oil Ashore So Far “The Tip Of The Iceberg”

Dr. Doug Inkley, National Wildlife Federation senior scientist, has been one of the leading voices in Louisiana this week expressing grave concern about the BP oil disaster’s impact on wildlife. He’s been touring the area by boat & by plane and detailed his trip to Cat Island here at Wildlife Promise.

This morning, Dr. Inkley joined Kiran Chetry on CNN’s American Morning, saying he doesn’t know how any wildlife could survive under the Gulf of Mexico’s thick blanket of oil. Check out Dr. Inkley’s interview on CNN’s American Morning.

CNN.com also named Dr. Inkley one of Friday’s most intriguing people.
