She’s not smiling, she’s squinting because of the bright sun. The comment about baking in the sun is about the poor crabs on the boom “baking in the sun covered in tar”. It’s horrible and she describes it authentically.

She doesn’t realize her facial expressions are unsympathetic and actually are upsetting. I am surprised she has risen to the level in your organization that she has. She doesn’t seem sympathetic, horrified or moved. She appears to be unmoved and annoyed at having to sit in the hot sun. I certainly would not donate to your organization because I think she is just a pay check collector and not a true believer. I lack any faith in her abilities and she needs to go.
