		<description><![CDATA[Ones the birds are cleaned, instead of releasing them in Florida were we don&#039;t know if the problem is going to be the same later,  we should create a new nesting and breeding ground with the same coastal habitats far away so they don&#039;t return and fly direct back to Louisiana and get contaminated again.
The Atlantic coast of Central America could be an option, how can I promote this idea?
