		<description><![CDATA[My guess would be that this peculiar event is the result of a radio type signal similar to those which were tested in the WW II era.
At that time, world &quot;Super Powers&quot; were secretly experimenting with electronic weather control tecniques in an attemt to gain an advantage in the war. Look up weather control weapons on the web.
You will be either be quite amazed and      terrified by what what you will find, or just write it off as radical ranting. All that I hope for is that the general population will start to question the filtered information which is being spoon fed to our easily duped society.]]></description>
