		<description><![CDATA[What you can do?:  This bill has passed the House, but they will have to negotiate with the Senate and President Obama has to sign it.  The first thing you can do is help spread the word about these oilmarks.  I don&#039;t believe public support for the Clean Air Act has changed, but I think polluter&#039;s influence in Washington has grown enormously. Congress needs to know we are paying attention.  Call your Senators and let them know we need to keep these attacks on the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act out of the spending bill.]]></description>
