		<description><![CDATA[The data involving the cold water freshet continues to accumulate no matter how silly it sounds to talk about an Alabama snowmelt. Mobile Bay is the second largest water volume discharge into the Gulf and it snowed over the top 2/3 of the State. Plus a slug of northeast MS drains through the Bay. None of which sat on the ground very long.]]></description>
