I'm doing a biology project on ecosystems and our subject is the desert. We need to select an endangered species and plan a way we can help. I would like to do something on the bighorn sheep. How can I get information out to people?

I know exactly what you mean, Beth! A couple years ago, Frank and I were in Yellowstone with NPCA, and driving down to Gardiner, we had the incredible good fortune to see a large herd of bighorn sheep coming up from one side of the road and cross to get to the river..after they'd drunk (you know everyone pulled over to watch them,) we saw two "teenagers" scuffling and then the big male gave one of the youngsters a powerful butt and sent him scrambling up the mountain. I believe that if more Americans took the opportunity to experience our magnificent protected wild places, they would be so much happier and would willingly pay for their protection. Thank you for all you and NWF are doing . . .
