		<description><![CDATA[This is great, but they have totally forgotten one important fact that must be addressed. The initial Keystone pipeline has leaked 12 times and well over 500 barrels of bitumen in less than a year. TransCanada projected that the pipeline would only leak of 50 barrels once every 7 years, so the pipeline has already in one year spilled 10 times the amount projected for 7 years - and the pipeline hasn&#039;t even had time for wear and tear. Clearly, TransCanada is lying about the safety of these thick bitumen, high pressure pipelines. And clearly, the current safety regulations for oil pipelines do not apply for pumping this very special thick bitumen.]]></description>
