		<description><![CDATA[XL Pipeline is risky, has a track record that has failed, overstates the amount of jobs that the pipeline will create, and the United States will get nothing out of it besides all the cost, and screwed up are and water, while the oil companies get all the profit and none of the liability...This is a lose lose.  Make Trans Canada pay the U.S.A. 50% of each barrel because we all know that the pipeline is built to the gulf to be shipped overseas, and it will not reduce our fuel prices at all.]]></description>
