		<description><![CDATA[In Kansas (home of Koch Industries), the Koch owned governor/pastor Sam Brownback has promised TransCanada $100 million in tax breaks (exemptions from property taxes).  Rural communities must have land seized by the government for this project and the communities, desperate for tax revenue, will have to be made to suffer.  Brownback and Koch, after all, are in favor of small government, unless they need government to push the people around.]]></description>
