		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the feedback.  Yes, there is a problematic rule from the Office of Surface Mining dealing with stream buffers that must be fixed.  But there is a rule on valley fills from the EPA and the Corps of Engineers that must be fixed as well.   For the sake of simplicity, I called attention to the latter, but I agree that the Administration needs to reinstate protections for stream buffers as well.
