		<description><![CDATA[Hi, I&#039;m trying to revise the #9 Myth.... to be more generic... how does this look?


MYTH #9: “Most State’s have laws and legislation that holds TransCanada financially responsible for any damage and clean up due to the pipeline or spills.”
FACT: The issue is not whether or not TransCanada is responsible for &quot;clean-ups&quot; or even &quot;reparations&quot; caused by the damage they create. They don&#039;t know how to clean it up. It&#039;s like nuclear waste, there is no known way to dispose of the waste safely.]]></description>
