Thanks for your response, Margaret. I think some of the sandhill cranes also come near Gracie Creek Ranch, although probably not at the same time as the prairie chicken festival. Great post! Reminds me of Sandhill Crane Festival in Birchwood, which Sam and attended every year in the 1990′s. Going to mark my calendar for a possible visit to this festival next year.
