I have seen bald eagle at my lake in NJ. I even saw it on November 14, 2012. Does this mean it did not migrate? I love photography. Do you know what telephoto lens would be best to capture this beautiful bird on camera? I have a camouflage hide. Don't want to disturb it. Any ideas?

My question is, once they do their first flight out of the nest, do they come back until they get used to their surroundings? Do parents teach them to hunt? How far are they now until fledging? I see some big flight feathers and tail is getting big too.
other than that I can see 3 healthy eaglets, with different sizes since they hatched on different days.
