Wow! Personally, I see no reason to not engage with people of faith on conservation issues, such as climate change, no matter what their view is on evolution. Further, I suggest that no one should categorize all people of faith as dismissing evolution. It simply isn’t so. Here’s a good article on the compatibility of faith and evolution. http://www.pbs.org/faithandreason/intro/evolu-frame.html .

No one should have any trouble finding scientific papers on climate change. For specific citations on climate change, be sure to check out http://www.realclimate.org/index.php/data-sources/ . If that doesn’t suffice, Science Watch identified some 28,000 scientific papers on climate change that you could read. http://sciencewatch.com/ana/fea/09novdecFea/ But that was in 2009, so the number is now higher.

Repeatedly calling your ideas undeniable while casting people who might disagree with you as "deniers" or liars shows not only a replication of the behavior and attitude that you claim of your supposed opponents; it also is plain evidence that you do not exercise the intellectual capacity to allow for differences of opinion subjects that are complex and require scientific explanation, not petty and argumentative pushiness, to prove their case. The more shrill people become in their claim of scientific obviousness, and claim to be able to predict a future that they have no statistical track record of being able to do, and refuse to provide clear citations and limit their proclamations to the science instead of ideological tack-ons, the more they resemble the utter religious bigots that they claim their opponents to be.

"Closed-minded people ignorant of science continue to deny Darwin’s theory of evolution"? Why selectively dismiss people of faith who might agree with your arguments otherwise? I agree that humankind is the primary cause of climate change. I agree that humankind is the main reason for species extinction worldwide. But apparently my faith excludes me from supporting your interests. Pretty closed-minded of you, Mr. Inkley. I wonder how the rest of the NWF feel about that...
