		<description><![CDATA[This is all well and good, but one does have to ask if the property in question really does have &quot;wetlands&quot; that serve as habitat, or if this is merely a term being used to describe an area in an intellectually dishonest manner.  Bear in mind that this property is located in an area zoned for commercial development, and that commercial development has already taken place on property that abuts the property in question.  Curious it those developments were wrung through the same wringer.  I believe the answer is no.]]></description>
