		<description><![CDATA[Common sense tells us that oil spills are bad for the environment, but we want to keep driving and traveling.  Why, given the expense of a pipeline, don&#039;t the oil people make a refinery close to the oil sand area?  I am ignorant of the cost/benefit involved, but why pipe the oil to Texas?]]></description>
