He has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Montana and a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Wisconsin. In his career he has worked for the Montana Wildlife Federation, the Wyoming Wildlife Federation, Five Valleys Land Trust, and the Elk Foundation.
