Big News! Power Shift 2011 Date and Venue Change- Register for the Conference Today!

Power Shift 2011 has moved! The conference will now take place at the DC Convention Center from April 15-18. Click here to register to attend.

Though it was originally intended to take place at RFK Stadium, the DC Convention Center is the largest space available in the entire city, thus the dates of the convergence have been pushed back by one week to take advantage of this great opportunity.

The change has catalyzed much excitement by students who attended Power Shift 2009, which was also held at the DC Convention Center.  Many describe the event as a life-changing experience.

Pete Boisclair, who attended Power Shift 2009 as a Minnesota high school student, says the conference is an “empowering, intense experience”. He also vividly remembers the DC Conference Center, “Just as we realized the vastness of the convention center, we were finally able to grasp the vast potential for our movement.  When we all come together and harness the renewable energy that we have inside us”
