Catherine Bowes is NWF's Senior Policy Representative for the Climate and Energy program and works to leverage NWF's policy expertise as well as field and communications resources to address climate change. Based in NWF's Northeast Natural Resource Center, Catherine manages NWF's Atlantic Offshore Wind Campaign seeking to advance appropriately-sited offshore wind development. Catherine previously worked for Conservation Law Foundation - building public support for a environmental advocacy issues around New England. She holds a Master's degree in Environmental Policy from Bard College and a B.A. in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
