Hawaii Prepared to Clean Up Emissions
The bipartisan passage of a new law recently made Hawaii a nationwide leader in addressing climate change. The Global Warming Solutions Act establishes a state policy to lower Hawaii’s greenhouse gas emissions to 1990 levels by 2020. Read the article here.
