3 Months Into BP Oil Disaster, NWF’s Work Just Beginning

Three months ago today, the Deepwater Horizon rig exploded, eventually sinking into the Gulf of Mexico & leading to the gusher that’s spewed hundreds of millions of gallons of oil into the Gulf of Mexico so far.

Amanda Moore, coastal Louisiana organizer with the National Wildlife Federation, talks about the three-month mark of the ongoing disaster & how NWF’s work in the Gulf is just getting started:
