Senate on Brink of Colossal Failure

As a result of continued obstruction from every Republican Senator and a few Democratic Senators, the Senate today is on the brink of a colossal failure on energy and climate legislation. This failure to take meaningful action now will let polluters off the hook while jeopardizing wildlife and our children and grandchildren’s future. While there is still time for the Senate to act on climate change, I’ve lost confidence that there is political will to buck the oil lobby.
