Meet Winkelhimer, the Painting Squirrel
Just in time for National Squirrel Appreciation Day (January 21), here’s Winkelhimer, the painting squirrel. Shyla Mouton of Jennings, LA rescued* the furry artist back in May after a cat attack permanently injured her. Now Winkelhimer paints abstract works of art that have been auctioned off to help other animals and people in need. Full story.
